July 17^th

Today is the first day I arrived America, Los Angeles. During the first journey I took the airplane, l felt comfortable. Though I can't sleep very well, even I can sleep very comfortably. I saw a movie called "Only One Minute" that is a story about a dog' life with her master. It is so touching. Ok! Let's talk about the first day in Los Angeles. We arrived at 6 o'clock and the weather was very pleasant. Then, we go forward to our inn, Howard Johnson, and we check our equipment. We found that many things were broken.   Therefore, we told our situation to the server and he came to solve our problem immediately. After that, it is time to have our dinner. Our guider, Mr. Tseng, took us to a famous restaurant named in and out. But a few of us can't eat beef, we went to eat sandwich. We met a passionate person, Amy. She recommended a delicious pineapple ice cream in Disneyland, because we said we would go there tomorrow. Then, before she left, she took a wonderful photo with us. Amy was the first person we met in America. 

 July 18^th

we ate breakfast at our inn. We went to Disneyland. We played variety of facilities, because we followed our guider, who knew there very well. Otherwise, we shopped there and bought many souvenirs. We kept playing until the time to see the show about light and shallow. I thought the show so immature that I felt bored. After the show, we played two boring recreations. Then, it's time to go to inn. We felt tired and slept early.

July 19^th

we went to universal studios Hollywood. When we arrived there, we found that it was people mountain People Sea. I thought the facilities there were more interesting than Disneyland, because they made me feel real. The most interesting thing is they always combine the facilities with 3D or 4D. Therefore, we will feel more excited. Also, we knew many about movie effect when we were touring. Then, we went to eat noodle to finish the happy day.

July 20^th

we had to leave Los Angeles for San Francisco. It was really a long distance. We stopped many time to rest, because sleeping all day in bus was pretty tiring. The first stand was a village. There were many small shops. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to hang these shops. Then, we ate at McDonald. At night, we arrived at our school, California state university east bay, and Danny, who is a nice guy, took me to check in. The night was a very cold. Therefore we slept early.

July 21^st

Today was a busy day. We were late today. Therefore, we rush to finish our breakfast. Today's teacher was Ben. We reviewed some idioms which had been taught last week. Then, he taught many daily sentences to us and divided us into four groups to use these new sentences. I was very happy to learn many useful daily sentences. It was time to eat lunch. I ate potatoes, vegetable and rice. Then, we went swimming. It was really an awesome swimming. Here has pretty deep water. It was exactly cool to swim. However, the most regret thing was we only had a few time to play water. I felt so upset. When we were the way to go back to our dorm, we bought cups of Starbucks. It cost me $4.45, but it was really a fantastic coffee. Then, we went back to dorm to take a bath. After that, we had conversation class. I felt exhausted because of the swimming. However, I tried to keep my focus to conversation. We were talking about the character in our favorite movie and our best friends. Then, we went to grab dinner. I ate some cookie, pizza, fruit, and rice.

After dinner, we had language games again. It was really tiring. But, our game was to guess answer so our classmates were energetic. However, we hadn't finished the game. Our teacher asked ours to deal with the thing we happened last night. Two people who walked here came to help us to handle. It was an impressive experience, for this is the first time I deal with thing with the person who isn't Taiwanese. Then, we change our room from 421 to 424. Therefore, we packed our staffed and moved to 424. Then, our teacher had something to talk us. After that, Vivian and I went to eat noodles at Drew's room. We talked together something funny. I laughed all the time. We all had good time tonight. Then, we came back our own room to sleep.

July 22^nd-23^rd

We were sleep lately again. Therefore, we rush to eat our breakfast. I ate bread and a cup of milk. It was reminded to me that I had to go to conference housing office to change my key, for my key couldn't work. Due to this reason, we were lately for class. Today's teacher was Victoria. She let us to sing a song named I'd spend my lifetime loving you. It was a good sound. I loved this song so much. Then, we saw a movie named Zorro. It was a hero movie. However, we hadn't finished the movie yet. We'll do it next time. After finishing, we went to eat lunch. Today's lunch was a meeting with teachers. We discussed the trip about August. Today's lunch was not my dish. Then, we went to dormitory to take a nap. At the afternoon, we had campus activity. We played and raced the balloon. Because I was not good at balloons, I talked with Hee Jung. She talked me a lot. We had a wonderful time. Then, it was dinner time. I ate delicious noodles tonight. After dinner, we had a birthday party, for we had five people whose birthday during this time. I played basketball with Drew. And, we climbed the mountain to see the sunset. We took many photos.

July 24^th

   Today, Vita waked me up. We walked to eat breakfast, including cheese omelet, French fries, yogurt and choc chip cookie. Finishing the breakfast, I had some time, so I checked my Facebook. Today's teacher was Victoria. She lets us see a movie. The movie was Shriek. It was a cute and funny movie. After that, we began to sing the song. It was quick to finish the class. We went to ate lunch. Then, we played volleyball. We were poor at sport, so we sat on the lawn and talked. And, we took some interesting photos. After playing activities, we had conversation class. We chat with Brian. He took about himself to us. Then, we ate dinner. After finish dinner, we had language game. We play some interesting game.

July 25^th

In the morning, Vita used an impressive way to wake us up. When closing the clock, she fell from the bed. It really freak out. Unfortunately, she couldn't move her neck fluently. After waking up, we went to eat breakfast. I ate omelet, yogurt and apple juice. Then, we walked to classroom. Today's teacher was Ben. We played maze which was about pronunciation. After finishing our class, we ate lunch. I ate a lot today, because the food today was more delicious then before. Then, we walked to play dodge ball. It was a long, far and hot distance. We were not good at sport, so we sat on the lawn and chat again. After exercising, we rushed to Starbucks. Unfortunately, it had already closed. So, we went back to class. Surprisingly, they bought ice cream to us. It was chocolate flavor. It was very delicious. Then, we ate dinner. After dinner, we had movie time. We saw step up. Without any subtitle, I could hardly understand what they were talking about. I thought my English listening really had to improve more.

July 26^th

We didn't have any class today. We went out to outdoor activities. At First, I grabbed breakfast. We got in the bus at 10:50. So, we ate quickly. Then, we visit Stanford University, after our guide introduced it. After we arrived at Stanford University, we had to walk a long distance to get in. The school didn't allow any bus to go inside, because they didn't be interrupted. We took some photos and we saw a wedding holding there. It was very beautiful wedding. There were many cute children running. Then, we went to souvenir shop to buy many staffs. I bought bottles, clothes and mark cups. Next was Intel museum. I also bought some bottles which was cheap and beautiful. Then, we went to Krispy to eat donut. It was a fantastic food, so I bought two to eat. Then, we went to Apple and Google. However, we only can walk around outside, because we didn't have approve to go in. We took some photos and went away. We came back to school and ate dinner. During that time, we talked to a soccer coach. We chatted a lot. Then, we went to climb a mountain. Then, we came back to sleep.

July 27^th

Today, we went to city tour in San Francisco. We ate breakfast at 10:30. Today, I ate a delicious omelet which had tomatoes, onion and cheese inside and strawberry yogurt. Then, we got on the bus. The first place we went to was the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a awesome bridge because of its majesty. Vivian and I took many photos with the bridge. Then, we busted to the souvenir shops, but actually the things there were not interesting to me. The second stand was the palace of fine art. There were many majestic buildings and a beautiful pool with some ducks, turtles and swans. We also took a lot of photos and got in the bus.

The third stand was the fisherman wharf. We always shopped. I bought many beautiful key rings. The most impressive thing is that I drunk an awesome good coffee. The fourth stand was Lombard Street. Our group didn't go there, because we wanted to shop another way. At this time, I wanted to go to the bathroom. I found a place to borrow the restroom. But! Their restroom was only for customers. Therefore, I bought a $2.5 cookie. It was really expensive. Then, we went to city hall. There were many beggars. It was a boring place. Then, we went back to eat dinner. After dinner, we went down the mountain to kmart. We bought many supplies including cookie, candy and water. It was easy to go down to buy things, but it was hard to take our things upstairs. It was really a tiring walking. Then, all of us went back exhaustedly. Today was a tiring day.

July 28^th

July 29^th

July 30^th

We waked up early today, because we were late yesterday and the day before yesterday. I ate a peanut toast and yogurt as my breakfast. During breakfast time, I reviewed some idioms taught by Ben Monday. Then, we went to our classroom. Ben asked us to debate with other partner. We debated many topic. Then, we played million games. Some step had to choose a card where had question. Therefore, we had to answer the question. During the game, Vita answers the most question. And I was the winner. I liked this game, for we can had fun and practice our speaking abilities at the same time. Then, Ben wanted us to do some presentation. Therefore, he divided us into four groups. We pretended we were Travel Company, and had to plan a trip for our customers. Then, we had to design our poster. We drew an iceberg, river, market, and hang-gliding. Ben posted our poster in the wall. We had to present our plans to our listeners. After our presentation, they'll give me feedback including eye contact, pronunciation, and body language. 

Then, we ate lunch. Today's lunch was very delicious. I liked mashed potato very much. After lunch, we went to an amusement. It was really a boring amusement. We all only drove a car. Then, we do nothing because the facilities was few and not suitable our age. It was too childish to play. Therefore, we chat together until 4pm. Leaving, we came to Livermore.

July 31^st

As usual, we waked up and ate breakfast. I ate a omelet and a banana. We walked to classroom. Our teacher was Victoria. We did conversation first. Then, we had a little quit about Zorro. Then, we finish Zorro which didn't finish last week. Victoria saw us tired, so she let us sleep few minutes. In order to refresh our brain, she took us to play outside. She divided us into two groups. She gave us categories and we had to act. Another team will guess. If they guess right, we will had to run, and they will chase us. It was really a exciting game. After finishing the game, we started to our class. Quickly, it was lunch time. Today's lunch had ice cream. We can add many thing we like. I ate much ice cream adding much Oreo. It was really delicious. Hopefully, I could eat it frequently. Because I ate too much ice cream, I didn't eat any lunch. By the way, we knew the new about bombing in Kaohsiung. We're worried about our friend in Kaohsiung. I hope all can be safe.

We had campus activities at 1:30. We played many interesting games. This was the only activities I thought was designed very well. We played until 3:00. Then, we took a break. It was dinner time. Today's dinner was not delicious. After dinner, we came to dormitory to pack our stuffs, because we changed our dorm at seven o'clock.

 August 1^st

Our new dorm was nearby cafeteria, so we waked up late. Today's breakfast I ate omelet and yogurt. Then, today's teacher was Ben. We did some conversation. And, we discuss the topic about presentation next Friday. After class, we went to Starbucks to drink something. I bought a cup of double chocolate chip. Then, we walked to eat lunch. After lunch, we had a class. It was a class about how to apply the east bay university. I was very interested in ALP. After they finish, we talked about where we went next week. We came back to dorm to rest. It was dinner time. I ate some pizza and botany. Then, we had movie time at 7 o'clock.

August 2^nd

Today, we went to six flags. We waked up early, and went to eat breakfast early. We ate McDonald as our breakfast. Then, we arrived six flags. Six flags was an amusement park which has very exciting facilities. When we arrived there, we rushed to v2, which was very exciting. I thought I was almost died there. We played many facilities. Then, we ate lunch. We met two Taiwanese in the restaurant. I asked them how to work here. After finishing lunch, we went to see dolphin. I thought it was boring haha. Then, we went to zoo to see some animal. I had seen a baby tiger. It was so cute. We hit some shops and went to assemble. It was a fast day.

August 3^rd

We slept late today. Today was a shopping day. Out first step was Berkeley University. We wandered around and took some photos. Then, we went to shop. After that, it was outlet time. It was only 3 hours to shop. Therefore, we ran very fast to buy things. I can't enjoy shopping. I felt sad. However, I did my best buying the things I wanted. It was quick to finish today.

August 4^th

We waked up and ate breakfast. I ate waffle which was made by myself. It was very delicious. Today was Ben's class. We practiced presentation again today. Everyone presented one time. Then, we kept going to discuss our presentation. After class, we ate lunch. We had to go to police office at 1:30. Before the time, I went to take a nap. Then, we followed a woman and arrived at police office of university. I was the person who declared the thing. I talked to police the detail. Then, we waited for him to take note on the computer. It was a very special experience for me. After that, we went back to our dorm and bought a drink on the way to dorm.

August 5^th

Today, we waked up early. I ate omelet which had tomato and cheeses inside. Then, we went to class. Today's teacher was Victoria. We sang a song first. And, we chose a movie to see. During the movie, everyone felt sleep, because of the dark light. Therefore, Victoria made us play card game. The card game was about vocabulary. Then, we took a break. We ate lunch. After lunch, we had hunting game. I thought it was not really a hunting game. Cindy gave us some photos. We had to find where these photos were taken and follow the action which was indicate. We found for a long time. Finally, we took all the photos, but we were the last one. Then, we went to eat dinner. After dinner, we play jeopardy and took some photos. Finishing the class, we went back to dormitory and discussed the presentation. It was quick to finish the day.

August 6^th

Today's teacher was Ben. At first, we review some idioms. Ben listened our conversation to correct us and taught us new idioms. Then, he let us prepare our presentation. After lunch, we went down to downtown. A group took a bus first, because bus there can't allow people stand up. So, when we arrived, we waited for b group coming. Then, we went to pees coffee first. Then, we rush to lucky market. It was quick to shop the market. Then, we went back to school. At night, we had movie time.

August 7^th

Today, we waked up early and rushed to finish our breakfast, because we had to give a gift to Irene. Then, we went to class. Today's teacher was Victoria. At first, we practice presentation. Finally, we saw movie. After class, we ate lunch. I ate many food, for I was very hungry today. We took many photo with Jackie and shared our city photos to her. I will miss her so much, after I came back to Taiwan. Then, we went to computer class to do our presentation. Then, we went to dormitory. At night, we also prepare presentation for today.

August 8^th

At 4:00 in the morning, we waked up early to see sunset, because we thought this was the last day we stayed. Therefore, we must go to see it. At the beginning, we climbed up the mountain. We saw three person talking. We can’t understand what they talked. They seemed to read bible. Then, we waited for the sunset. Unfortunately, the mist was too think to see the sunset. Therefore, we went back to sleep. When we waked up, I discovered we were almost late for our presentation. We rushed to grab the breakfast. Then, we ran to the classroom. Fortunately, our presentation hadn’t begun. I changed my mind to present. It was smooth. After finishing it, we ate lunch and left the school. we went to western fill to shop. I bought many shoes for my mom and sister. Then, we went to airplane to end this summer camp.
